Shipping & Handling

Australia:

Free Standard Shipping will be provided on all domestic orders within Australia. Express Shipping is available for an additional fee.

Our shipping team is typically able to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via Australia Post, or TNT depending on the destination and weight. Orders will arrive typically within 2-7 business days, however, all mail carriers have been experiencing longer than usual delays so please allow for extra time to receive your order.

Due to the nature of our product and packaging, your order may be sent in separate shipments. If you have a question regarding this or other inquiries, please feel free to reach out to gday@balabangles.com.

Please note there is a narrow window of time to adjust an order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel or adjust an order, please email us at a gday@balabangles.com with “URGENT: Cancel/Adjust Order” and the order number. Depending on how far along your order is, we may be able to assist!

International Orders:

The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout after you enter a valid international address for. Currency is collected in AUD and an exchange rate will apply. Please note orders shipping internationally may take an additional amount of time to deliver.
